About Straw Cove Baking Company

Straw Cove Baking Company was founded in 2022 by Morgan Angelle & Dené Carroll. We’re are an independent wholesale bakery providing bread and fresh milled flour to Acadiana from our bakery & mill in the Fightingville neighborhood of Lafayette, Louisiana.

Along with deliveries to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and markets we will also offer classes on sourdough baking, handmade pasta, pizza dough, and much more. We are committed to stone milling fresh whole wheat flour for our baked goods and love talking about why.
